The restaurant is what keeps drawing me back. I’m happy to stay here and always look forward to a delicious meal. No wonder Tim Mältzer has done so well. He clearly made the right choice learning his cooking skills at this restaurant. The rooms are hygienic, and the service is top-notch both at reception and in the restaurant.

The decor in the restaurant was lovely, and the service was great. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We had the four-course duck menu for two, and it was absolutely delicious. I also tried the four-course “Surprise Menu.” You tell the waiter what you like and don’t eat, then the chef chooses dishes, some from the menu and some with little twists. It was one of the most delicious and memorable meals I’ve had. I couldn’t have picked better myself. It was lovely not knowing what the next dish would be. Thoroughly recommend.

I was doubtful about the prices at first, but the salmon changed my mind. The flavours and aromas were incredible, and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. My one complaint is that it was microwaved.

Dinner was the highlight of our stay, especially the Wiener-Schnitzel, the best we’ve ever had! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were super friendly and generous. We’ll definitely come back :-)
