Pirna Altstadtgeflüster

I'd advise protecting your trip by booking somewhere else. A confirmed reservation didn't mean the accommodation would actually be available. I had booked and paid for an apartment through Booking.com, and the confirmation showed it as available. Not long afterward, the owner told me it had been taken through a double booking, which was her mistake. She never apologized during the whole process and instead blamed me and kept pushing me to cancel myself, apparently to avoid consequences. She only started searching for alternatives after I asked repeatedly. The apartments she sent were completely unacceptable, but she continued pressuring me to pick one. When we finally found a suitable place, she then said she couldn't book it for us "due to data protection reasons." That was inconsistent with her earlier statement that she could arrange an alternative. Booking.com also told me she should make the booking for us. I found the whole experience disrespectful, unprofessional, and unfriendly toward customers. I definitely can't recommend this accommodation.
