My room faced the road, and traffic noise kept disturbing my sleep. The breakfast had been advertised as awesome, but it wasn’t. On arrival, I also found the receptionist who dealt with me unprofessional and a bit nasty.

Even though the hotel is close to the train station, it was quiet and away from the noise. The place was clean, and the service was excellent.

The room was nice and the staff were very pleasant, but I could hear both trains and cars.

Rooms were clean, and the service was friendly. The station is right nearby, which makes the location convenient.

We felt very comfortable here. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were attentive. Fresh rolls and tasty coffee made breakfast a lovely start to the day. The hotel is centrally located by the station, with Pirna's pretty old town easy to reach. We're already looking forward to our next short break 👍🤗
