Pirna is a lovely little place, and Dresden is only a short train ride away. The common area has a beautiful view, and the rooms are always clean. Helena is a wonderful person and owner who clearly keeps the hostel in great shape. I had a really lovely stay.

That comfortable mattress really made a difference. The place felt like home, with bright, roomy spaces and everything kept clean and tidy. The decor is lovely, the location is perfect, and cooking your own meals is no problem. I first heard about Casa Hostel from someone who praised Helena as a friendly, attentive host, and after staying a few days, I’d recommend it too.

The gym in the basement was my favorite part, and it’s super modern. The rooms and bathrooms are modern too. A really nice hostel, I’d happily recommend it and hope to come back this summer.
