Hotel Reke

The woman serving us each evening was fantastic. She took care of every request and made us feel very comfortable. Dinner was excellent too. We were welcomed so warmly that, although we'd arrived earlier than expected and check-in hadn't officially begun, they let us into our room and offered us a drink straight away. We lacked for nothing during the days that followed. Breakfast was plentiful, with something for everyone.

Everything is within easy walking distance from the hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help or give advice, and breakfast was plentiful, with something for every taste. I stayed for the weekend and would highly recommend this hotel. We'd love to return. Thank you again for your hospitality.

The dining room felt more like a canteen, and I didn't feel as though I was in a hotel. The room was far too hot in summer, with old appliances and dated furniture. They gave me a small table fan when I asked, but it didn't help. One person seemed to be covering service, kitchen work, waiting tables, and cleaning. Staff should be clean and presentable. I also found it unacceptable to see staff sitting outside on the terrace smoking while guests were there. Staff should set a good example. Finding good people may be difficult, but this is simply unacceptable toward guests. The room might be okay for one night while traveling.

The rooms were fine, and the service and breakfast were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have enough parking spaces.
