Ferienhaus Schilz

The sauna made our stay, especially at this time of year. It's well made, simple to use, and there's plenty of room, plus a relaxation room and whirlpool. The whole place has a cozy feel and is thoughtfully furnished, with amenities that covered everything we needed. We had a fantastic time and would book it again without hesitation. Thanks for such a relaxing stay, we'd love to return.

The Schilz family welcomed us warmly when we came for a few relaxing days at the end of October to celebrate my 40th birthday. The private spa area was a real highlight in the cold, wet weather, and having it to ourselves around the clock made the stay special. We brought our own sauna scents, which made each session even more relaxing. The large house sleeps up to 10 and has two bathrooms, though the downstairs bathroom stayed very cold despite the heating being turned all the way up. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking tools. There are lots of stairs, so that could be difficult for some guests. The house has various games, but sadly nearly all were missing pieces, which was a shame. There's table tennis and foosball in the garage. A dartboard could be a nice addition 😉 It might also help to mention on the website that swimwear is required in the whirlpool. We'd definitely come back, perhaps in summer to visit the beautiful Eifel region.

We, three adults, one child, and one dog, felt completely at home. The Schilz family are wonderful hosts, and the house is beautifully furnished with such lovely peace and quiet. We also loved the wellness house. Our child especially enjoyed the tractor ride and getting to visit and feed the animals every day. Best wishes!

We were several families, and it was handy that all the bedrooms were furnished similarly, with 1.80m beds. The kitchen was especially well equipped, and the holiday home itself is lovely. There's a playground and lots of animals, and we got to ride on the tractor and watch apple juice being made. The spa area was a perfect end to our stay. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and communication before and during the visit was straightforward. Highly recommended, and we'd love to return!
