Hotel Bergschlößchen

We wouldn't stay here again. The hotel is nicely furnished, but we felt unwelcome, and there wasn't a common room where we could sit together in the evening. The town was completely deserted after 10 p.m. The rooms were tiny and dated, and the TV and Wi-Fi weren't working when we wanted to watch something. We couldn't put our evening bill on the room either. There wasn't even any shower gel, so I had to get out of the shower to fetch hand soap from the sink. We booked the rooms through a catalog and were there with friends.

We had half-board and really enjoyed the daily menu, which was delicious and nicely presented. Breakfast was excellent too, with a varied, appetizing selection. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the pleasant atmosphere makes the Bergschlösschen a charming hotel. We highly recommend it.

We felt right at home here. It's a lovely family-run hotel, tastefully decorated, with excellent service, great food, and a fantastic breakfast. The price was very attractive too. Thanks so much!

Dear Börner Family, We discovered a real gem in Pockau. From our cozy room to the welcoming atmosphere, the authentic spirit of the Ore Mountains is everywhere.
