The owner was very courteous, and the place is accommodating at a pocket-friendly price. I highly recommend it.

Friendly and cozy, with everything needed for a month-long stay. I'd happily come back 😃

The floors creak, and you can hear everything through the fake old doors. The rooms had several defects, and I found the landlady unreliable. Prices are high for what you get, so I'd avoid this particular house. It's the worst I've ever seen, and I stayed there.

For anyone needing affordable accommodation for a work assignment nearby, this place could be a good fit. I spent several months working for the Rhineland Regional Council at Brauweiler Abbey, and I can recommend the apartment. Mr. Weinert was always easy to reach and promptly handled any questions or problems. The Königsdorf Forest is only a few meters away, and there are lovely surroundings for hiking and walking.

Such a wonderful, cozy place with a lovely terrace and a very family-like feel! Top 🙌
