2/10
Quedlinburg is a lovely place for a holiday, and the apartment was clean during our weeklong summer stay. But we left our coats behind, and that's where things went wrong. I contacted the owner once, and he said he would ask the cleaning lady to send them to us at our expense. More than six weeks have passed, and we still haven't heard from him. He no longer responds to messages and can't be reached. Family Ahrend, this is a shame. We would have liked to return, but not after being treated this way. I had already left a positive review on Booking before I realized the coats were missing. They certainly didn't deserve that review.
