The neighborhood is very good, and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable too. But the old German building smelled unpleasantly of timber framing. I was in room 3, which was tolerable, though I saw my colleagues' attic rooms, and some had no windows. There are sometimes mice as well. My kitchenette was only a stove, with nothing else, and the Wi-Fi worked well only by the window. The owner should pay attention to the building and invest in renovations.

We booked this apartment for our technicians and were appalled by its condition. The low price doesn't make it acceptable. It smelled strongly of urine and mustiness, the windows couldn't be opened, and there were no towels, despite our having agreed on them beforehand. There were no pots or pans either. The website talks about "renovated apartments"??? Unbelievable. Speechless!!! Don't book it!

The apartment was only heated to 25%, and the thermostats were broken. The TV still didn't work after repair attempts, and both the bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The sockets above the sink aren't permitted. Part of the house runs on other HR between cities.

Not recommended! The bathroom was moldy, the mattress stained, and there was a strong odor. There wasn't any toilet paper. The glass room door had laminate simply covering its outside, like in a social housing project. The bathroom door was too big for its frame and wouldn't close, then fell out of the frame when I tried to shut it.
