We'd happily stay here again. It's a very clean place in a great spot, close to the town center, in a charming half-timbered building. Flat 11 has a huge balcony, definitely a plus. The little touches were thoughtful too, like enough dishwasher detergent for our two-night stay.

We hardly needed the car, with so many sights and shops in the historic center right nearby. There's a free parking space across the street included in the rent. The apartment is in a cozy old building from around 1550, with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, and it's just a nice place to spend time. Service was polite, capable and easy to understand.

The beds were comfortable, and I felt at home right away. A really good place to stay in Quedlinburg.

The hotel itself is nice, and the kitchen is fully equipped with salt and pepper, though there's no oil or butter. A grocery shop is only a five-minute walk away and opens very early. I took off a star because the front door key was a nightmare. You have to keep turning it to the right for ages. At 9am I got stuck outside in the cold wind for 30 minutes. A kind local gentleman helped by calling the hotel staff, and the two of us kept working the lock until it finally opened. We were both so relieved. I've met so many lovely German locals. The room door is much easier: turn the key once to the left and it opens. Maybe I'm an expert now.

The apartment was spotless, with all the equipment we needed and a good size for three people. Service was consistently friendly and great.
