The upstairs tenant made so much noise that it was unbearable, even though the rental itself is in a lovely, quiet spot. It looked spacious and beautifully furnished at first, and the bathroom was large, with a walk-in shower and a tub for two 🙃. Then I noticed cobwebs, a bathroom bin the previous tenant and landlord had left unemptied, and a dirty baking tray. I sent the landlord a photo by text, but got no reply 😕.

There’s a generous parking area and a garden, and the apartment is well equipped, more so than you’d normally expect. It was spotless when we arrived, and picking up the key was arranged perfectly well. A lovely holiday apartment in a peaceful spot, not far from the state capital. The floor is laminate.

Such a shame, because it’s a really great apartment. It had more equipment than you’d need, but the place was completely cold, some light bulbs didn’t work, and there was too much dust and quite a few cobwebs. The bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, and the baking tray was dirty. I contacted the landlady about it and never heard back. At first I thought, wow, what a great place.

It was okay, but nothing special.
