The first impression was tasteful, and credit to the host for having such a rich sense of style. There was a bottle of wine, and the kitchen and living space were lovely. The bedroom was comfortable. We couldn’t figure out the coffee machine, though there is an excellent one there. The house controls run through a tablet, which is super tech. A few things to know before booking: there’s no roll down at the front door, so it feels uneasy knowing anyone outside can see straight in. The washroom photo is deceptive, it’s much smaller than it looks. The staircase to the room is steep, and both my wife and I tripped. She was bruised, so keep that in mind. The living room is a bit cluttered, and you might bang your head on the centre lights. We got a list of chores by email and only saw it late. That would have made me even more furious. We pay for cleaning, and it isn’t cheap, so they shouldn’t be listing chores to do. Happy stay.

We had no problems with the owners, communication was excellent, and we’d definitely recommend the Airbnb. We spent three nights at Loft2D, which has its own entrance in a quiet courtyard. Getting used to the smart home system took a little time, but after that it worked very well. The kitchen is well designed and very well equipped, almost too well equipped since there isn’t much cupboard space for our groceries. The automatic coffee machine and the ice dispenser built into the fridge were real highlights. The bedroom window above the bed is definitely unusual. The shower is a little small for taller people. My boyfriend, who is 1.93 m, couldn’t stand upright in it. Shops are within walking distance, and Dresden is easy to reach by public transport.

We felt so comfortable in this cosy, stylish loft. The hosts were super friendly and gave us great tips. There’s parking right outside, and the furnishings are high quality and leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, too. Nearby, Gioia in Radebeul is a wonderful gourmet delicatessen where you can enjoy delicious food and coffee. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent two weeks in this lovely house and felt at home as soon as we arrived, thanks to the modern furnishings. Someone was always available whenever we had questions. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

It certainly isn’t a bargain, but it really is value for money. The accommodation is absolutely wonderful and has great amenities. We’d love to come back!
