Three bedrooms and a foosball table gave every child room of their own. The lake is great for kids, and it's practically across the street. The train connection is right across the street too. Although the station is close, the apartment is quiet. The apartment has everything you need, and the Wadee family are friendly landlords. We're very particular about cleanliness and everything else, and we were completely satisfied. It was excellent value for money, and anyone who passes on booking here is missing out! We had a wonderful time and will be back. 10 out of 10.

We keep coming back because our family lives nearby. We've tried several rentals around here, but this one's our favorite: it's clean and simply beautiful. The landlady is lovely, welcoming, and always ready to listen. Thanks so much, see you very soon! ❤️

The Untersee (Mündelfinger Winkel) is only a four-minute walk away, with a campground and a lovely place to swim. There's also a train station close by, and attractions for all ages are easy to get to. We found the top-floor apartment beautifully equipped, with everything provided and in excellent condition. The landlady was pleasant and friendly to deal with, and we were warmly welcomed. We felt at home from the first minute in this beautiful place. Thanks for a fantastic holiday!

We had a wonderful week here and will definitely return. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, the furniture and apartment were in pristine condition, and the equipment was excellent. The location is fantastic too. Anyone wanting a proper rest will find it here. More than five stars, highly recommended!! Keep up the great work!!!!

The hosts live in the same building and were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything in the apartment was spotless and hygienic, which matters a lot to me, and the little details made it feel cozy. It's modern, simply furnished, and has new furniture, with all the amenities we could need, including Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, game console, and foosball table. The location was a big part of why it worked so well: Lake Constance and the train station are each a minute away. We could leave the car and quickly get to Konstanz, Radolfzell, or Singen without traffic jams. There's also a bakery within walking distance. We felt completely at home, enjoyed our holiday, and booked again right away. I'd happily give it six stars, it's a hidden gem 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😉
