The grounds are spacious and kept up really well, with room for barbecues and campfires and plenty for kids. We found it peaceful and relaxing. Our apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed.

We had a lovely view from the balcony, and the shared grounds are great, with a swing set, sandbox, volleyball court and more. The apartment itself was clean and beautifully furnished. It's somewhat remote, though bigger towns such as Rerik are easy to reach by bike or car. The landlords came across as friendly and dependable, and replied to emails quickly. We had forgotten to bring our highchair on Sunday, but the cleaning staff brought it to us shortly afterward. The apartments are quite noisy, which made it harder for our daughter to fall asleep and may have bothered the neighbor's child too. Even so, we'd recommend staying here. We feel at home here and it's easy to get to know other vacationers. It's not only a place for families with young children. We've been back almost every year since it reopened, and fell for apartment W5 right away. The other apartments are tastefully decorated too. The large property is peaceful, and the apartments' furnishings and decor are another reason we keep coming back.

The beautiful grounds and the fantastic view reaching to the Salzhaff lagoon were highlights, and the furnishings are very tasteful. Still, noise from the neighbors' children woke us at 7 a.m., and there were no blackout curtains. The oven was broken. There was nobody to contact on-site, and since the apartment had no number, we had to find it ourselves. A mobile number was provided for problems. The house is in a really lovely, quiet location.
