We were on the road when we came across this guesthouse, and a phone call got us its last available room. It turned out to be a holiday apartment with a kitchen, which was a nice surprise. Even though we arrived late, we were greeted warmly and everything was sorted out. They also let us plug in the car fridge and moved our car so our trailer combination would fit. The room felt a little dated, but it was clean and nicely furnished. After a good breakfast the next morning, we headed off feeling refreshed. We’ll be back, Guesthouse Ingrid!

The grounds and furnishings have lots of thoughtful little touches, and my room was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was just right, too. I felt at ease during my two nights at Guesthouse Ingrid, from the warm, friendly welcome onward. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

We only had a day at "Gästehaus Ingrid" while passing through on our bikes, but we’d love to return. The hosts made us feel at home from our first contact, and they took time to sit with travelers and chat. That kind, genuine way with people is something you either have or you don’t, and they definitely have it. That wine, the snacks, and the included breakfast were the best part of our weekend in the wine barrel. It was such a cozy, rustic place to stay, and the garden is lovingly laid out, with lovely little things to discover everywhere. We felt comfortable right from the start and got a really warm welcome. We’ll definitely be back. All the best to you! :-)

We spent a lovely few days here after a very warm, friendly welcome. The garden is beautifully decorated and makes a relaxing spot in the evenings, especially with local wine. Breakfast was tasty and generous each day, and our room was well looked after and always clean. The value for money is really excellent. Best wishes from Kiel, Ingrid, we’ll be back! 😃
