The rooms are huge, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good too.

The outside doesn't look very spectacular, but it's centrally located in Ratingen and the airport is easy to reach quickly.

I stayed here Monday to Friday for four weeks, and it worked well for business trips. It's a small family-run place, with simple, clean rooms and free Wi-Fi. There was a desk and lots of power outlets, including USB ports. Breakfast is basic but does the job, and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful.

We were glad to leave after just one night. The room was okay in the end, but very dated, and we've still had no reply to our several questions about when the overcharged amount will be refunded. The booking system suddenly increased the room price, and when we couldn't find the room, nobody was able to help. Two Russian-speaking women led us to a different building. They were kind to guide us, but also quite pushy and at first wouldn't return our luggage. We still aren't sure whether they were actually cleaning ladies. We absolutely can't recommend this hotel. What a rip-off.
