The desserts were incredible, such a rich, satisfying finish to the meal. La Tabisca also gets the food right: everything tasted authentic and carefully made, with quality ingredients and traditional Italian flavors that didn’t need dressing up. The welcome felt just as genuine. The atmosphere was warm, and the staff treated us like guests, with service that was friendly and heartfelt. La Tabisca is a real treat for Italian food and hospitality.

The small parking lot made getting in and out awkward. Outside, though, it felt a bit like being on holiday, with candles, fairy lights, and plants, though the busy road took away from it. We hadn’t booked, so we were lucky to get a table in such a busy restaurant. Drinks arrived in under five minutes, and the food came quickly too. It was delicious and nicely presented. We’d happily return.

Six months later, we were back in Rechberghausen with friends and came here again. The food and friendly service were just as good. My wife and I shared a pizza and a pasta dish, and the COMBINAZIONE with Tortellini, Rigatoni, and Lasagna was to die for.

Everything was fresh and really tasty, especially the fish dish for two and the artichoke dessert. The place is so cosy, and the staff are very friendly. We’ll definitely come back!
