There’s a lovely view of Lake Müritz from the balcony, and the accommodation has plenty of room for four people. The swimming area is a little small, and there’s just one overpriced kiosk about a 10-minute drive away. You can bike there too, and the cycle paths are very well developed.

The garden around Apartment Gartendeck 401 means you can sit in the sun for most of the day, if you’re there, and a kiosk for small purchases is just around the corner. For anything else, you have to drive a bit farther. The apartment is right by the water, with only the lakeside path between it and Lake Müritz, so the view is fantastic, especially at sunset. It sleeps four and would suit a family with children. The amenities, including a sauna, leave little to be desired. Anyone looking for nature and water sports would find it ideal.
