I was really upset by how this was handled, and I still haven't heard back from them. We booked the apartment for December 18th to the 20th, arriving Thursday evening at 10:00 PM after a full day of travel. The beds hadn't been made, the kitchen was full of used cups, plates, and glasses, and there was rubbish around with towels on the floor. Our 1-year-old baby and 3-year-old son were exhausted and ready for bed, so we had to look for a hotel room that late at night. I tried calling several times and contacting the office, but nobody answered and it was always closed. I took lots of photos showing the condition of the apartment. I kindly asked them to respond with a solution, but received nothing.

We got there late after an international flight with two small children and found a total mess, apparently left by the previous guests and not cleaned. The beds were dirty and used, there was open trash in the middle of the room, and the toilet was a mess. We had to find a hotel in the middle of the night. The two nights cost us 280 Euro, which still hasn't been refunded. Emails and calls got no response, and when we tried reception during its stated hours over the following days, no one was there. A complete disappointment. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The rooms have been newly done, and the kitchenette has the essentials. It's a good apart hotel, though there's no washing machine in the room. Parking beside the property costs money, while free street parking is a brisk walk away. We didn't take public transport because everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Dave on staff was friendly and helpful, and I got the feeling he was the owner.

A lovely luxury apartment at a good price. It's right in the center for restaurants and sightseeing, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

At this day and age, having us rely on the free public Bayern wifi is unacceptable. They really need to sort out their own wifi connection.
