The staff were welcoming and answered all my questions, and the downtown location is close to both the bus stop and train station. The rooms were very clean, and I liked the heated bathroom floor. There’s a modern feel, with a warm atmosphere in the main floor lobby and breakfast areas. I’d rate it about 4.5.

Check-in was easy, and my room was comfortable, modern, updated, and had everything I needed. The hotel sits between the train station and Regensburg old city, about a five minute walk either way. Recommended!

I’d put it at about 4.5 stars. I stayed 3 nights and found the service very good, the location excellent, and the bathroom excellent too. The room was fine, modern, and new, though it felt a little cheap. I did miss having a fridge. Breakfast was very good to excellent, and the free high quality coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. It cost about 100 eu including breakfast. For peak season at the end of August, that seemed reasonable.

A wonderful place in the heart of the historic center. It was clean and convenient, and guests could get coffee throughout the day. Parking in a nearby private lot was easy. We had a problem during our stay, but the hotel staff handled it proactively and had it sorted the next day. We appreciated that a lot.

We stayed 2 nights at Elaya Hotel Regensburg City Centre in September. The room and bathroom were a good size, clean, and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located for the train station and city center, and the wifi was good. Check-in was easy, and the front desk team were friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciated the USB socket by the bed, though it would be nice to have one on both sides. There’s only one lift.
