The restaurant service was a real letdown. Kevin dropped the utensils on the floor and brought them to our table anyway. When we complained, he seemed annoyed and made us uncomfortable. He acted as if he'd replaced them, but brought the same ones back. We were very disappointed. The rest of the stay had a lot going for it: a quiet, spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed, a welcoming person at reception, plenty of underground parking and a breakfast with lots of variety. The location near the highway was convenient.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh choices. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even though I don't speak the local language, and the service made things easy. My room at the Best Western Premier Novina Hotel Regensburg was clean, comfortable and well kept. The price felt reasonable for the quality. Parking was convenient and seemed secure, although the garage pillars made maneuvering tricky at times. I'd gladly stay here again.

Big, nice parking. Otherwise, it's neither bad nor good: smells and noise come from outside, and the restaurant wasn't okay.

10/10
The hotel is about 4km from the old city and has easy parking in its garage, priced well at 10 Euros a day. It was clean and renovated, with a spacious bedroom, nice amenities and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had several options, and the restaurant was ample. Regensburg is a nice city for a weekend visit, as the picture by the old bridge shows.

The hotel is nice and very close to the highway exit, and I had a nice room with a good breakfast. The fitness room closing at 8 pm annoyed me, since these rooms are usually open later. The sauna was a joke, just a small room with naked old people, and I didn't want to join them, so I passed.
