The restaurant is good, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I first stayed here several years ago, enjoyed it enough to come back several times, and have recommended it to friends.

We are legally required to issue an invoice to everyone. Staff shortages or illness can sometimes make that difficult. I've never had a guest threaten to call the police because an invoice hadn't arrived after a week. In this case, the invoice can only be generated once Booking.com has received payment, and that doesn't always happen at the same time the guest pays for the room through Booking.com.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, despite all communication being impersonal and handled by telephone. It's a small, charming guesthouse that feels rooted in the last third of the 20th century, now being pulled into the modern age out of necessity. The furnishings are basic, and the interior feels as modern as the overall atmosphere. For what's offered, the price is quite reasonable.

I've asked several times, but the host still refuses to issue an invoice. Now I'm stuck with the costs. Stay away from them.
