Hamburg city center was easy to reach from this pleasantly quiet spot, which has a little idyllic charm. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean. The price-performance ratio felt fair, and I'll book it again next time I'm in Hamburg.

For two weeks the TV reception was terrible, with only a few public channels and a weak signal even on those. The landlord never fixed it, and didn't get in touch during the second week as promised. I doubt it ever worked properly or ever will. Mr. Alagöz seems to ignore the issue, perhaps because most guests only stay a few days. A really awful, disappointing stay.

Everything was as it should be in the apartment, and it was spacious and very clean. Communication was excellent too. I'd gladly stay again.

Check-in and everything else went smoothly, and we really enjoyed the surrounding area. The place felt modern but still cozy, and the accommodation was fantastic. Just right for a few relaxing days!
