Nice hotel, with pleasant but small rooms. The buffet was good.

The wellness area has a pool and sauna, though it's fairly small and could feel crowded when busy. For the price, though, it was excellent value. The room was clean, had a balcony, and was tidied daily. Breakfast was generous, with an Italian coffee machine and everything you could want. The hotel is nicely situated on the main road, about five minutes from the city center.

We booked a spontaneous ski break at short notice, and the inquiry and booking were incredibly easy. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating, and both the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. We'd gladly stay again on our next last-minute holiday.

We'd love to return. There are several ski resorts around the hotel, and we took the ski bus to Seegatterl. The ride is about 15 minutes, with a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop. We booked by phone at very short notice, and though our journey was complicated, we arrived in the middle of the night without any trouble. The staff and owners had everything arranged so we could get to our room easily. They were incredibly courteous and friendly, and we had everything we needed.

There was plenty of parking right in front of the hotel, and someone even brought our luggage to the room. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was clean, the service excellent, and breakfast superb. We'd happily book again and highly recommend it.
