The service was fantastic, everyone was kind, attentive and welcoming. My friend stayed in a clean, comfortable room, and said the breakfast was really good. We had dinner there too, and the food was delicious, with generous portions for a fair price. The hotel is right by Krupunder Lake, such a peaceful, lovely spot. A cute little lakeside place!

There’s no hotel reception. You can only talk to someone while the restaurant is open, Monday to Friday from 5 to 9 pm.

After staying in so many hotels for work, most of them blur together. The memorable ones tend to be either outstanding or outstandingly bad, and I’m glad this one belongs in the first group. From the moment you arrive at reception, things feel quietly well organized. The staff are lovely and seem happy to help. They smile through my rather bad German, then wait until they’re out of earshot to laugh at my attempts at their wonderful language. Most of them speak excellent English, but where’s the fun in that? :-) The rooms are a good size and extremely clean, with lovely comfortable beds. German pillows are a bit too thin and soft for me, though that’s just my preference. I put a fresh folded towel under the pillow to get the height and firmness I like. Dinner at the restaurant is excellent, and breakfast has a fabulous spread of fresh bread, sliced meats, cheese, wursts and jams. German breakfast is the best in the world. :-) I’ve stayed at the Krupunder Park many times and never had a problem.

The food is delicious and made to order, and you should try the homemade cakes, always fresh and tasty. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful spot right beside the Krupunder park.

Comfortable rooms, lots of delicious food and a good breakfast. The location is great, and the staff are brilliant and friendly. Good service all around, a truly outstanding stay 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
