A really lovely place to stay.

There was no reception and no one to contact at the hotel, no telephone either. Staff only showed up at breakfast, and check-in and advance payment had to be done at another hotel in town. I've never come across an arrangement like that. Information was only given on notices. The place felt like a haunted hotel, and everything was monitored by "Ring." Our room was noisy and dark, with so little daylight that we needed the lights even during the day. There was hardly any storage in the bathroom. Breakfast was repetitive and limited, the coffee tasted awful, and the staff made it feel like constant commotion. Mid-stay cleaning was skipped on three of our six days because of staff shortages??? There's no elevator, so it's unsuitable for people with mobility issues. The outside stairs to the parking lot were treacherous. Parking cost €8/day, with too few spaces and not enough room in them. There wasn't a sidewalk outside the hotel, and no lighting around it. Worst hotel we've stayed in.

The bathroom door is glass and slides, and it's right beside one of the beds, which wasn't ideal. Otherwise, the hotel was well equipped, the rooms were nice, the mattresses were great, and breakfast had a generous buffet with very friendly service.

Breakfast had a very wide selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and it's only a short walk to both the beach and the lagoon. A lovely guesthouse, highly recommended!
