We left without the food, even though we had paid for it, and the staff’s rude, arrogant manner made the whole thing worse. We’d placed an order through Too good to go for pickup between 10:45 and 11:00, and arrived at 10:50 because our train was coming. They wouldn’t hand it over and told us to wait until 11:00, when the restaurant closed. The restaurant was nearly empty. If customers can only collect after closing, the pickup slot shouldn’t start 15 minutes earlier and leave people waiting. That’s disrespectful of their time. We didn’t use Too good to go because we’re poor. We like the idea of preventing good food from being wasted, but our time matters too. We lost our money and got no food. I’d strongly advise against ordering from them through the app, and after this experience I wouldn’t recommend their hotel to friends or relatives visiting us here.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and I really enjoyed my one night here. We did have to wait a little for it, but the receptionist was lovely and offered us coffee while we waited. I’d stay again.

The staff were friendly, and the location is handy for the city center. Rooms are clean and cozy, with modern furniture and decor. There are stairs and one small elevator to reach them, plus a small game room, minibar, and underground parking. Breakfast is available for 14.50 euros per person, with juice, coffee and tea, bagels, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee cake, croissants, yogurt, and fruit.

For a small city hotel, it was impressively clean, and everyone was polite and friendly. We stayed a couple of days in a cozy, spacious room with everything we needed. Breakfast was great too.

A perfectly fine stay. Parking was easy, the location convenient, and the staff friendly. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, which seems common these days, but water and coffee were free. Breakfast was okay. If it hadn’t been a holiday, we probably would have eaten somewhere else.
