The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, too. For an evening meal, though, the only option on site was a snack wagon outside. Town is just a ten-minute walk away and has plenty of places to eat, but there are very few choices for plant-based or gluten-free food.

Room 11's bathroom felt very dated and could use an update, though it was spotless. I only stayed one night in December, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, with friendly staff and fantastic rooms. Breakfast for 20 euros was a little disappointing, though not a total letdown. The main drawback was the Wi-Fi: it was far too slow for business use or for kids watching something on a tablet. I'd stay again, but a more reliable Wi-Fi connection at another hotel could sway me.

Dinner was a strong point, with plenty of good-quality choices. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. I was surprised, though, that the hot breakfast selection was so limited, as is the case at many German hotels of this standard. Scrambled eggs were available, but not toast.

Just one night for business, and the hotel was very functional. Most of the staff spoke English. The meals were enjoyable, and breakfast had a good range of choices. Wi-Fi was okay for me, though a colleague had trouble logging in.
