The staff were genuinely friendly and ready to help. It's a peaceful little hotel in a small town.

After a long day on the bikes, getting a room upgrade was such a lovely surprise, and they let us keep our bikes in the underground car park too. The room was clean and comfortable, right in the town centre. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. I'd definitely recommend it.

Being right in the middle of Rheinberg made the stay especially nice. I loved the experience, the room was clean and really nice, and breakfast in the morning was delicious and fantastic.

I had to rely on GPS to find the hotel, as I don't think I would have made it there otherwise. Once there, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast is geared toward Northern tastes, with savory options like eggs, bacon, and cheese. A wider choice of cakes would be a nice addition for Southern guests who prefer something sweet. I definitely recommend it.

The room itself was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the facilities were disappointing for the price. The bar fridge didn't get cold, and there was no tea or coffee in the room. Staff brought us cups and a kettle, but we had to supply our own coffee and sugar, and ended up drinking it black because there was no milk. The room also got very stuffy. I know air-conditioning or fans aren't that common in Germany, but a few small desk fans could help on hot nights. I've stayed in better-equipped hotels for half the price, including places rated three stars or less. If they improve the facilities, this hotel could be well worth it.
