Slavita was such a flexible, understanding host. The hotel has an old, golden charm.

We picked this place for the air conditioning during our bike tour through Germany, and it was a great call. It was 36 degrees outside, but our large, clean double room stayed at 23. The AC worked better than any I've had in other hotels. The staff were friendly, and we had fun trying out our little bit of German. Since we're vegan, we skipped breakfast. They also let us store our bikes safely and dry in a garage in the backyard. The city centre was only a three-minute walk away. We'd stay here again if we come back to Rheine.

The only radiator that works is in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi keeps having problems.

It's a cosy, family-run place, and the owners are always ready to listen. Just speak to them directly, no need to wait around.

I'm from Vietnam and stayed here for work. It was a really good place, with friendly people who were helpful and supportive.
