There’s lovely nature all around, and the building looks nice. The rooms are nice too, though the bathrooms had no windows and smelled a bit.

Really lovely breakfast, and the lady who organized it was just as lovely.
We went there over New Year’s Eve because we had our dog with us. It’s a very quiet area that’s great for walks. The accommodation was lovely and clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was good too. We’d definitely come back.
The location is fantastic, right by the water and surrounded by nature. We had a wonderful family trip with the campfire, stick bread, disco in the barn and a hike through the woods, and overall felt very comfortable. Thomas, the manager, and his team were friendly and helpful, and the food was very good and plentiful. After our first night the heating failed and there was no hot water, but they dealt with it quickly and got everything warm again. The rooms could be cleaner, and the hostel needs renovation. That isn’t the staff’s fault; they’re waiting for approval from higher-ups too.
We were there on a school trip. My two friends and I got one of the barrel cabins, which was supposedly the best part. The other students said the showers were moldy. None of us used the showers in the sanitary block because the doors wouldn’t shut. We also lost our key, and no one was available at reception for two days. That was my first and last visit.
