Sunday Resort Marina Wolfsbruch

The resort has a wonderful, calming atmosphere. You can rent a boat, go for a walk, or spend a relaxing day in the spa, pool, and game room. The receptionists were very nice and helped with everything we needed. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing resort near Berlin.

We stayed at Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch from 7 to 8 November 2025 (Reservation #1024282705). The resort itself is beautiful and has good facilities, but the way our complaint was handled left us very dissatisfied. Before the stay, we called the hotel twice. Two employees told us clearly that my birthday meant we would get a special discounted rate. That was the main reason we chose this hotel and drove over 200 km through heavy rain and fog. At check-in, the receptionist confirmed again that the discount would apply. But when we checked out on 8 November around 11:20 AM, the front desk employee working then, a Ukrainian-speaking woman, said there was no discount. When we tried to sort it out, she was dismissive and unprofessional, and refused to give her name. She had no name tag. We asked to speak with a manager or someone responsible, but were told nobody was available. We filled out a written complaint at reception with our full contact details. We were told someone would get in touch later that day, but nobody did. After leaving, we sent two formal emails to the hotel's official addresses asking for an explanation and a resolution. Both were ignored, and neither got a reply. The misleading information about the room rate, the lack of accountability at reception, the staff member's unprofessional conduct, and the complete absence of follow-up are unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself at this level. We sincerely hope management reviews the case, responds to our complaint, and makes sure other guests don't face the same situation.

The food was a pleasant surprise, with fresh choices at breakfast and a really good dinner selection. The place is clean and well looked after, and there are so many ways to spend your time there. The location is fantastic, too. It was my first stay, but I’m already sure I’ll be back soon. The staff were wonderful throughout, especially the lady looking after guests outside in the early afternoon. She was a real star. A big thank you to everyone who made the visit memorable.

We loved the beautiful setting, clean rooms and all the things for parents and little kids: indoor and outdoor play areas, a kids club, saunas, and pools for different ages. It felt relaxing, was good value, and we had a great time. Then at the buffet on our last evening, I couldn’t bite through my cooked spinach and found a small beetle in it. The hotel apologized and said they’d look into it, but that put a damper on the whole stay. We wondered if we’d return. A few weeks later we wanted a break from Berlin, so we came back for the amenities and skipped the buffet. We just had cup soup in our room. Nothing fancy, but this time the only bug was a mosquito.
