I stayed in the Robbe apartment on the lower level for three months and felt comfortable the whole time. It had everything I needed, and the house is wonderfully quiet, about 200 meters from Lake Alfsee. The Schomaker family were accommodating and did their best to make my stay pleasant. A great spot to unwind. I’d gladly return and recommend the apartment.

We were six people across three generations, and having two separate apartments, Robbe and Möwe, gave everyone room to retreat. Booked together, they make a spacious, nicely furnished place for 6-8. Both kitchens had plenty of dishes and the things we needed, with a little more counter space upstairs if you’re cooking together. The bathrooms are large and bright, with walk-in showers. The house was free of unpleasant smells, and we found the quiet setting a welcome break from everyday life. The friendly landlady checked us in and shared good tips for places to eat. Rain and wind kept us from using the garden, but we still enjoyed walks around nearby Lake Alfsee in suitable clothes. We’d come back anytime.

We had the ground floor, and it was spotless, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. Towels and linens were provided. It’s on the edge of a residential area, and the supermarket is about a 10-minute bike ride away. We enjoyed cycling around the area, visited lovely Bramsche, and had a delicious meal at Seeblick, just a two-minute bike ride away. Highly recommended.

Alfsee lake is only about five minutes away, and the apartment itself is modern and lovely. The landlady was lovely too, and everything was easy to arrange. We’re very happy with our stay and would gladly come back 😊

This was our second time booking the Schomaker holiday home, and we felt very comfortable again. The apartments are spotless, well maintained, and well equipped. The Schomaker family are so friendly and helpful. Thanks to them!
