Ozen at reception was so welcoming, always smiling and positive. Before we arrived, she checked that we had everything we needed for a relaxing break. A gentleman from Iraq with a beard served us in the restaurant. I didn't catch his name, but he was professional and friendly too. Highly recommended for a relaxing break. Br

There's plenty of walking to do in the surrounding area, and the SPA and lobby are great. The hotel has "Halb Pension": breakfast and afternoon cake, plus dinner that alternates between a buffet and a three-course menu from one day to the next. Just be aware that Gregor's Fine Dining doesn't seem to follow its published opening hours. It appears to open only when there are enough guests, which was surprising for the first Michelin-starred restaurant I'd seen run that way.

The Wutzschleife is set right in front of a lake, with lovely walks and nature all around. It's a really nice, romantic hotel and a good spot to relax and take a break. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was friendly and courteous. I can definitely recommend it.

I loved the massage, and the 3-Gang Menü is a must try. It's a great place to have some privacy while still enjoying all the amenities.

I arrived alone at 12:30 hoping to have lunch at the restaurant, which is advertised online as a nice place to eat. The receptionist told me it was only open to hotel guests. That restriction still isn't mentioned on the hotel's home page. I can't understand why a restaurant would turn away a customer ready to pay for a meal. I need to stay in the area overnight on different occasions with family and friends, but I definitely won't choose a hotel that feels this unwelcoming.
