The suite was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was nice too, and the stay was very good overall.

The location is very central, but it’s right at an intersection and opening the windows brings in a lot of noise. That was the least of our problems, though. We booked an overnight stay with LimeHome in Rosenheim and would advise against it. The room we were given was dirty, despite supposedly having been cleaned. There were stains on the sheet, little blood spots on the towels, and the room as a whole didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. The bathroom had only a small roll of toilet paper. Customer service wouldn’t answer in the chat. We emailed and heard back more than an hour later, by which point the cleaning staff had left. They offered a 10% discount if we accepted the room as it was. We thought that was outrageous when we were being asked to sleep in dirty beds. After several phone calls, we were told to get a clean sheet and towels from another room and make the bed ourselves. More calls eventually led to an offer of a different room, though we couldn’t tell whether it had been cleaned. We gave it a try, and it looked clean. But the shower drain was clogged, so no water would drain. We strongly advise against booking here.
