The hosts were incredibly kind, and the area is full of beautiful trails. Königstein, Pirna, and Dresden are close enough for visits too. We stayed in a charming cottage surrounded by greenery, and the nearby road didn't bother us much. The quiet and closeness to nature outweighed the occasional traffic. A wonderful, peaceful place.

There are plenty of useful things here, even for small children. The house has been recently renovated and feels up to modern standards, with everything for cooking, grilling, and campfires. It's a very cozy place to relax. For hikes, though, you need to walk along the main road or drive to the nearest parking area, and the path from that parking area to the house could be improved.

We had a really relaxing short break, and the house was so cozy and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed. The owners were lovely and welcoming. Such a hidden gem. Thanks so much, we'll be back, Tom.

The owners are warm and well organized, and the little garden adds to the charm of this cozy holiday home. It's a great base for day trips around Saxon Switzerland.

The house is in a lovely setting and the surrounding area is beautiful. We did find it wasn't very clean, and the path from the parking lot to the entrance could be better.
