The wine and sparkling wine were excellent, but the staff really spoiled the experience. They served both in small shot glasses, instead of using champagne flutes for the sparkling wine and wine glasses for the wine. It felt completely wrong for the winery's standards. A real shame, because the products deserved a proper presentation.

The vineyard always has a great atmosphere, and the barbecue there was a highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and the wines paired perfectly with it.

The Edling winery in Rossdorf has a broad range of quality wines and puts real emphasis on tradition and excellent customer service. My current pick among the best wines in the Groß-Umstadt wine region is their Rotling. There's something here for everyone. Definitely recommended, give them a try!

Parking was easy, and the apartment was quiet thanks to its good insulation. The hosts were pleasant, and the whole place was clean and well maintained. The furnishing showed a lot of care, from the quality furniture and appliances to the coordinated colors and little details. A really nice holiday apartment we can recommend to everyone.

It was a festive Christmas welcome, with mulled wine, several kinds of tarte flambée, and handmade crafts from the local area. The five young brass-band musicians were a lovely bonus, a real pleasure to listen to. In the shop, we could taste and buy their own Edling wine late into the evening. A very charming little winery with a restaurant.
