We stayed in apartment 12 and liked it very much, apart from the mattresses. They were worn out, and our backs hurt the next morning. Replace them and we'd gladly return. Best wishes, the Lexow Family

The landlord was friendly and helpful, and the holiday apartments are fantastic. Shops for everyday needs are right outside, the old river is only steps away, and the beach takes maybe four minutes on foot. Even if you're slow, out of shape, or drunk, it's still less than a ten-minute walk to the water. A perfect base for a Baltic Sea trip, right in the center.

The apartment was cozy and clean, in a beautiful spot. An Edeka, bakery, and restaurants are nearby, the beach is a five-minute walk, and the park is two minutes away. The kitchen had what we needed, and we were especially glad to have a dishwasher. The bathroom was clean and roomy enough. The living room sofa stretches out and can be used as a bed. There were a few frustrations. The bedroom TV didn't work, and even if it had, it's smaller than my laptop. The toilet brush was broken and horribly dirty, a small detail in an otherwise lovely apartment but still very annoying. We were without internet for two days, though the owner responded and it was back after one day. For a seven-night stay, one large and one small bath towel per person wasn't enough.

Neat, clean, and peaceful, everything was top-notch. There's an elevator in the building.
