The staff were okay, but I wouldn't book here in summer. It stays sauna-hot inside, and I couldn't get decent sleep. There's no air conditioning, which I should have checked, and the curtains don't block the early morning sun, so it was really disruptive.

We stayed here overnight before catching the ferry to Denmark, and the location worked well. It was easy to find, the staff were kind, and breakfast for 10EUR was good value. The sheets had a strange lining that felt uncomfortable, though, and the walls didn't block sound. There's also a busy street right outside. Good value overall.

Avoid arriving after 10pm. The entry system outside the property doesn't work properly, and it took us 45 minutes and two payments before we could access the room key.

For an overnight stop on a long trip, it did the job perfectly. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and there was a TV and free Wi-Fi. The window view wasn't great, but that didn't matter much for a place to sleep. There's an elevator, and the reception, as far as I remember, is open from 6 to 23 rather than all night.

You have to ask reception for a hair dryer since there isn't one in the room. I think it's expensive for what's provided.
