Nice view of the Warnow, good breakfast, and the common room has a pleasant atmosphere, though it can get noisy when lots of people are there. The hotel is basic, which is reflected in the price. Rooms are small, with less space than you'd normally expect in a hotel, including in the showers. Most guests are cruise or cargo ship crew members attending training at the AFZ. If you're just visiting, you'll definitely meet interesting people, and if you're here for your own training, you'll have good company. I lowered my rating from four stars to three after several reservation and payment screw-ups during my last stay.

The rooms were amazing, though a little warm. It was a one-time opportunity, and you could play games like Monopoly if you wanted. The internet worked perfectly.

Easy check-in, and the breakfast was delicious. It worked out great for a solo one-night stay.

I love the place, but the rooms are a little dusty for me. I have allergies, so it's a problem.

No air conditioning, and they serve breakfast only.
