The view from the hotel is priceless, by day or at night, and the sauna is a clean, inviting way to end the day. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the facilities felt like a good mix of luxury and convenience. At reception, the owner was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was easy, and we were allowed to come in a little early. She made me feel valued and was consistently helpful, with good suggestions for places to eat and things to do outdoors. Her kindness and energy made the stay memorable.

The restaurant serves quite good food, and the people are nice. The hotel also has a lovely view over Rudolstadt. Just keep in mind it’s outside the city, so you need a car to get there from town. The rooms are spacious but very classic in style. The WiFi is extremely slow.

They serve traditional German food, and the location is very nice. Prices are reasonable as well.
