Andante Rust Hotel

The apartment was modern and very clean, and the staff were really nice. It was a little noisy because the hotel is near other hotels and homes, with car horns and dogs.

We paid 1,000 euros for two days in one room for four people, so they need to pay more attention to things. There was no bathroom door, and only two toilet paper rolls for four people. We rebooked the room with the jacuzzi after a water leak, and they did change our room, but the soap and moisturizer had the wrong labels. Come on, this is a four-star hotel.

We came from the USA to visit Europa Park, and this worked well for our family of five. There was just enough room, and apart from trouble with the AC unit, since we like the room very cold, we can't complain about the accommodations. Breakfast was good. Delivery choices are limited if you're feeling lazy, though there are plenty of places to go out. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the menu is limited but the food was good. Kate, the restaurant hostess and main woman, was amazing, so kind, helped us choose food, and made small talk. We really enjoyed her.

The breakfast was the only good part of the stay. The reception staff weren't helpful or customer-oriented, and the EV charger outside the hotel doesn't even work. I was charged €60 twice, and nobody has taken responsibility, leaving me to spend my own time finding out how to contact the supplier. For a room costing around €300 a night, having no shower door is unacceptable, especially when traveling with family and adult children. The toilet door lock was broken too. They also charge for parking, while the neighboring hotels offered it free during my last stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
