Hotel Apollon

I stayed for two nights and would choose this place again if I return to Rust. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the bed was really comfortable, and the heating kept it warm. The staff were very professional. It's near a supermarket and the police station, so the area feels quite safe. It's easy to get around, and you can simply walk to Europa Park or Rulantica. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean with both AC and a heater. There's a parking lot, and we drove to the park. It's close to Europe park. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of dishes to choose from.

The staff were amazing, so nice and helpful, and breakfast was very good. The hotel is near europa park, with a shuttle or a free parking ticket available. The rooms are just okay, nothing special, and the bathroom needs updating, but having air-conditioning is a big plus. If you're planning to visit rust's parks, you'll spend most of your time there anyway, so I'd definitely recommend this place.

Our booking was canceled without our consent the day before arrival because they claimed the card was fraudulent. We were on a family holiday with my wife and eight-year-old daughter, and they wouldn't let us book with another card. Of course, they have the right to refuse a booking, but then they charged our card for one night as a cancellation fee. They refused to refund us, ignored our messages, and were wholly impolite and unprofessional, much like other experiences I've read about. If you cancel or refuse someone's booking or card, don't charge them afterward. They must try harder.
