We're visiting Europa Park from the UK and staying here. The short walk to the park is handy, and Rutlantica is a bit farther away. They provide a free parking pass. The staff have been warm and caring, the parking is great, and the rooms are modern and really clean. Breakfast comes with fantastic coffee, and the restaurant has nice wine and dishes for all tastes. I'd really recommend the hotel to travelers.

The first night was really cold because all the windows were open when we arrived. We turned on the heating, but it still wasn't enough to warm the room. We didn't get in until about 8 pm.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. It's in the best spot for Europa-Park. Our room was a bit small, but modern and had everything we needed. The beds felt a little too soft for us, though that's not the hotel's fault.
