Salt and pepper, plus a few kitchen towels, would have been useful for the price, so guests don't have to buy every basic item themselves. The apartment is fine, though it looks better in the photos than it does in person. There are some things that could be improved, but opinions differ, and it's generally okay.

Parking, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board were all provided, along with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, radio and TV. The apartment had everything listed, and I recommend the accommodation.

The shower badly needs renovation, and wear was visible on the doors and furniture. I also kept hearing noise from neighboring apartments and the stairwell. On arrival, the place wasn't in the described condition: there was dust, cobwebs and dead insects, along with an unpleasant musty smell. I took photos of the issues right after checking in and reported them to the host and Airbnb. Given the circumstances, I left the next morning. Airbnb reviewed the situation, refunded almost all the costs, and later removed the host's public comment for violating its content guidelines. The host's communication felt condescending and unprofessional, and didn't focus on resolving the problems. It may be adequate for a basic overnight stay, but the price is clearly too high for the condition and circumstances. The value for money is poor, especially compared with other local options, including some in detached houses.
