The reception set the tone for a terrible stay. We arrived to check in on April 16, but the woman who said she was the manager took about 40 minutes to get us into our rooms, despite the booking being paid and confirmed. She was rude and very unprofessional. My company had booked the hotel for me and my colleagues, and it turned out to be the worst hotel experience of my life. The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was awful, and the restaurant dishes were dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I only get one night here, which is a shame. The staff were so nice, and the service was outstanding. I had a really good time chatting at the bar too. This might be the best experience I've had in Germany. Wish I could stay longer, but I'll be back for sure. Highly recommend it!

We stay in hotels for work pretty often, and this is easily the best one so far, especially for the price. Everything feels updated and new, from the really comfy bed to the big bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and much nicer than I expected. The staff were so kind, helpful, and available. Honestly, I would've expected to pay at least twice as much. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend it!

Sarstedt has a quaint place to stay here. The bathrooms are roomy and the water gets hot right away. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the young man at the desk was helpful. Great value for the price, with a friendly feel throughout.

The "Duo bar" was especially lovely. It's a nice hotel near the Hannover fair, with friendly staff and delicious food.
