We had a good breakfast in a separate room, and decaf coffee was available there. The food in the attached restaurant was plentiful and very nice, with seasonal asparagus specials and good beer. The small bar is next to the restaurant. It’s a very nice, small family-run hotel outside a small town, in a housing estate. Our well-appointed room had a large TV and a walk-in shower in typical German style. There was also a coffee maker, though no decaf in the room.

We’ve made this our yearly long-weekend stay and will be back next year. The lake is only a few minutes’ walk away, and the restaurant turns out wonderful dinners. Breakfast is delicious, especially the homemade jams. The rooms are clean, and the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A great little hotel.

I had the hotel to myself for one night. The room was large, though a little dated, and had everything I needed. It’s modernly controlled and heated through homematic ip. Breakfast was varied and entirely sufficient, served in a completely new, very modern room. I didn’t go to Feldmarksee, but it’s an easy walk away and sounds great for cooling off in summer. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
