Fresh eggs from the owners' chicken coop arrived every day, and the garden is enchanting. There's a ping-pong table, a terrace for breakfast outdoors, and a barbecue for the evenings. The owners are incredibly friendly and full of helpful tips. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and has underfloor heating. It's spacious, with a combined living room and kitchen plus two bedrooms. Set right in the heart of the national park, it's wonderfully quiet, with the Rügen Cycle Path just outside and bus stops a five-minute walk away. The bus runs hourly. A real oasis for nature lovers, with a forest lodge feel.

The cycle path is right outside, and the holiday apartment is cozy, nicely equipped, and surrounded by nature. Very quiet.

It's a nice, peaceful place, though the access route takes some getting used to.
