It was clean and the staff were nice, but for the price you’re basically paying for a few nights’ sleep, and I didn’t sleep well. The mattress wasn’t good and the pillows were awful. There’s no soundproofing at all, so you hear the neighbors laughing, coughing, snoring, whatever, all through the night.

The owner was so sweet and enthusiastic about telling me about the island and helping out. The location worked well for a stroll in Jasmund National Park, and you can take a bus to other seaside towns. My room was comfortable, the bed was good, and that little fridge was a real plus. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. I had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend it.

There was nobody around to help when we arrived at 18h30, and the whole place seemed empty. We hadn’t received any instructions by email or message, and nobody answered when we called. We found two apartment keys and guessed they were for us, but the arrangement was so unclear. The following afternoon, a woman called and yelled at us for taking the wrong rooms. She said we shouldn’t have done that, though she was on vacation. One word: crazy. How can guests be blamed for such a sloppy process?

We’d book again. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are very clean, and it’s a perfect spot for hiking in Jasmund national park.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great location too. I’d recommend it and would come back 😊
